Hey there. My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister. And today I'm going to demonstrate how you can do pull-ups quickly. Alright we all know that I love the pull-up. No secret about it. I love them because they are very effective. But they're tough. You know they are not easy but they are very fair. So this is the idea. We are going to demonstrate a move right now that's not only a very powerful upper body builder but it's a cardio conditioner. And it's what we call a functionally useful exercise. Everything I teach you is functionally useful but this is could one day save your life. Alright. That's how important this move is. We call this our Tarzan pull-up. The Tarzan pull up goes this way. We are going to grab a bar just like this as if we were going to roll down or swing down. And we are going to do pull-ups to either side of the bar. Let me demonstrate. We are going up and down. Up and down. Again we are keeping our arms nice and straight. All the way up.
