Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, I'm going to demonstrate what static pull-up knee raises look like. Again, the pull-up is a phenomenal exercise; you know it recruits and builds the upper body and back. But, it can also be a tremendous chisler for the mid-section; the abdominals, those coveted six-pack abs. So, I'm going to show you right now how we can utilize the pull-up to build the abs simultaneously while we work the upper body. Alright. So, we're going to grab the bar; of course, in our proper pull-up position. We're going to hand, we're going to pull up in the static position and we're going to raise our knees and drop. Raise and drop. Raise and drop. We're working the core and drop. And I'm still keeping my body completely over the bar in the static position. Whew! My name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister and that is how you execute a static pull-up with a knee raise.
