What’s going on, guys? My name is Joey Biagas, and I’m an audio engineer and musician of about seven years now. And today, I’m going to show you how to check what your guitar is worth. Now, there’s one way, which is what I like to do, is checking the actual model number inside of your guitar. Now, for acoustic guitars, they’re normally somewhere inside the sound hole, so you’re going to have to look for it. Mine’s kind of up near the top inside. So, once you find that, you can basically just type in the brand name, which mine is a – move this capo – is an Ibanez. Type in “Ibanez” and the model number, and you can go to Google, for example, or you can go to eBay, Craigslist. Basically, you should use different sources to give you a really good idea of what your guitar is valued at, because different markets are going to have different values. Also, bringing it to a guitar shop, like Guitar Center or something like that, they’re more of a middle man person, so they may charge you, or they may value it a little bit less than what you could sell it for. So, couple of things to keep in mind. So, that’s pretty much it. It’s not much to it. If you do have any other questions, please let us know. Thanks for watching.
