I'm Kristen McDowell with VivoPools and VivoSpas in Southern California, and I'm going to show you how to seal a crack in the acrylic of your hot tub. You would need to drain your hot tub down to where the crack is and make sure it's very, very dry and then you can ether use a two part epoxy such as this, you'd want to put equal amounts of each product and mix them together really well. You want to let it dry for at least 24 hours. You might need to do some light sanding with a very fine grit wet dry sandpaper, to make sure that it's smooth. You can also use a quick set putty such as this, you take a piece of this and you mix it together real well because it's two different products, mix it together real well and put it into the crack. Again, you may need to do some light sanding with a very fine grit wet dry sandpaper and then let that cure for 24 hours and then you're ready to fill you tub back up. I'm Kristen McDowell with VivoPools and VivoSpas in Southern California, and that's how you repair a crack in the acrylic of your hot tub.
