Hi, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness located in Southlake, Texas. I'm going to be demonstrating to you a dumbbell exercise using the windmill. One of the great benefits of doing the dumbbell windmill is that it's going to be concentrating on your core strength of your abs and also all every aspect of your shoulder, the front, the medial and the posterior. You're going to put your feet a little bit wider than shoulder width. You're going to put that dumbbell above your head, your palm is going to be facing inward and you're just going to touch the floor. As you go down to touch the floor, you're going to turn your wrist to point outward. Make sure that you keep your arm above your head all at times, that you're not bending over. And you bend at the waist, keep your back straight, chest up and then coming back up.
