Hi, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas. I'm going to be demonstrating a couple of exercises you can do with dumbbells that will work your back. The first one is going to be a dumbbell row. You're going to get a moderate amount of weight. You're going to place your hands on a surface, bend at the waist, put a slight bend in your knee. You're going to put the dumbbell down and you're going to row it up. Make sure that it comes to your hip. You're going to hold and then back down. Make sure that your back is straight throughout the whole workout so you don't put too much strain on your back. You're going to come up and hold and then back down. And this will be working out your lats. Another exercise you can actually do at home or the gym using some dumbbells that will work out your back is a dumbbell fly. You're going to bend at your waist, keeping your back straight, dumbbells will start in front of you and you're going to fly them out, and hold. You're going to have a slight bend in your elbow, but don't bend them too much. You're going to fly them out; make sure that you stop and don't go beyond your shoulder. And again, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor, and I just demonstrated to you a couple of exercises that you can use dumbbells for your back. Have a great day.
