Hi, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas. And I'm going to be demonstrating to you the best chest workout for a woman using dumbbells. Some of the best exercises you can do using dumbbells for a woman's chest is I'm going to demonstrate a incline chest press. This is great for a woman because it will be working your front shoulders, deltoid as well. You're going to lie back putting your dumbbells into your hands, keeping your elbows at a 90-degree angle and pressing. It will be working out your chest as well as your shoulders. Another exercise that you can do using dumbbells for a woman's chest is you're going to put the dumbbells on the floor. You're going to get into push up position. Make sure that your dumbbells are shoulder width apart on the floor. You can do them this style or you can put your knees on the floor. And you're going to push, do a push up, keeping your arms to your side and this also will work out your triceps as well. Keeping your back straight, go all the way to the floor and all the way up.
