Hi, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas. And I'm going to be demonstrating to you what squats with dumbbells is. One of the benefits of doing a dumbbell squat is actually it'll be working out different muscle groups in your glutes, in your quads that you usually normally don't workout doing a normal squat. You're going to grab some dumbbells, you're going to put your feet shoulder width apart. You're going to keep your chest up, back straight. You're going to bend at the waist, bringing your dumbbells just to your side into a 90-degree angle and then come back up. You should be feeling it in your glutes and your quads, make sure you're concentrating on your breathing. Keeping your head forward and don't go below 90-degree angle with your knees, keeping your knees and your toes aligned. And again, I'm Emily Jones, Fitness Expert and Competitor and I just showed you what squats with dumbbells is. Have a great day.
