Hi, I'm Emily Jones, fitness expert and competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness in Southlake, Texas, and I'm going to be demonstrating to you what a V-sit dumbbell press. One of the benefits of choosing the V-sit dumbbell press is actually it works your core and it also works your deltoids. You're going to choose dumbbells that are light enough that it doesn't put enough strain on your back. You're going to start in the position and you're going to press and then down. Make sure that you keep your back straight, keep your shoulders aligned with your hips and concentrating on your breathing.
