Hi, I'm Emily Jones, fitness expert and competitor, and I'm going to demonstrate the 5X5 strength training with dumbbells. One of the keys to working out is always changing your routine in approach of how you train. I'm going to demonstrate today the 5x5 approach to training. It will increase your strength and will also give you a good workout. You're going to choose five different exercises and you're going to do five reps of each. I'm going to do five squats. Once I've completed five, I'm going to go straight into shoulder presses. Right after shoulder presses, you're going to do dumbbell curls. Make sure that you keep your form and you continue to concentrate on your breathing. Once you've completed your curls, you're going to go straight into chest press, just doing five reps. Once you've completed your chest press, you're going to go straight into deadlifts. Once you've done all five exercises five times, you'll rest 60 to 90 seconds and then you'll do the whole circuit again five times.
