Hi, Frank Ganley, Silver Dollar here in Odessa, Florida. Today, we are going to talk about hoo hoo, golfer;s elbow. A lot of times my golfers will come in and say Frank my elbow is killing me. What can I do to get rid of it? Well you can do two things. One you have to understand that it is an inflammation of this tendon which is connected to the brachioradialis muscle. And we have to isolate that. And you go to the drugstore and buy one of those bands that has a little pillow on it. And place it right here. The other is an exercise. And all I'm going to do is take this bottle of delicious Dasani water. Place it in the palm of my hand such as this and lean my arm over the edge of a table or in this case I'm using a shelf. I'm going to lower my and at the wrist. I'm going to lift it up in the wrist. I'm going to lower it, raise it. I'm going to do that 20 times. And I'm going to do three sets of 20. Down, up, down, up, down. Simply in the wrist and simply with a bottle of water. Anymore weight then that no. That's going to put more harm then good. So review, bottle of delicious water. Lay your arm on the table or a shelf. Raise it up and down 60 times. And after a few days it should be coming better. Also a couple of aspirin doesn't hurt. So aspirin. Thanks a lot. It's been Frank Ganley at Silver Dollar Golf and Country Club here in Odessa, Florida. And I hope we've cured or try to cure your golfer's elbow. Stay pain free.
