Hi, Frank Ganley here in Silver Dollar Golf and Country Club in Odessa, Florida. Going to talk today on how to dress like a caddy. And people ask me Frank I have a son and he wants to become a caddie. What does he have to do? Well he needs to show up at the golf course early in the morning and dress like a golfer. Please don't wear cutoff jeans and cutoff Levi's, and tank top shirts, and sleeveless shirts. Look like a golfer. Sleeves, collar, collar. Whatever he does you want to make sure that it looks like a gentlemen. Wear a nice pair of sneakers. Don't show up in sandals. Don't show up in flip flops. But a nice pair of sneakers. Not golf shoes. That's just mainly for the golfer. So look like a golfer, think like a golfer, show up like a golfer, and you can make a lot of money caddying. It's an easy job. All you have to do is show up, shut up, and keep up. Those are the three rules for being a good caddie. Dress nice, be nice, and you make some money as a caddie. If you are on tour you'll see that the way that the tour players have their caddies is hat, caddie shirt, a caddie bib like it's at Augusta. Or a nice golf shirt. Always has a logo of the manufacturer. And they get to wear shorts. Tour pros they have to wear long pants. But the caddie can wear shorts. But they all wear sneakers. So that's it. How to become a caddie? Show up. How to dress like a caddie? Look like a golfer. Thanks a lot. This is Frank Ganley at Silver Dollar Golf and Country Club in Odessa, Florida. And if you have any questions on how to be a caddie give me a call. Thanks a lot. Carry the clubs well.
