Hi. My name is JoAnna Dettmann. Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of tSunela, your source for digital marketing. Today, we are going to learn how to put a LinkedIn badge on your Outlook. So first we want to go to, and sign in to your account. Once you are there go to Profile, Edit Profile. Scroll down right below your picture and you will see your profile URL. Go ahead and write down that profile URL because you will need this later. Now click on Edit. You can scroll down and you'll see down here to the bottom right: Create a profile badge. Go ahead and click on that and it will take us to a page with different button options. We are going to use the first button as our option. So hover over it, click on it. Right-click, copy image, and the open up Outlook. Once you get into your Outlook go to the top and click on Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures. Once we're inside pick the signature that you would like and go ahead and put the cursor where you would like the badge. And then right click, paste. Now you see the LinkedIn badge on your signature. Go ahead and click on it to highlight it and then to the right click on the Link in the world icon so we can insert a hyperlink. Now you will want to enter your profile URL. So enter what we had written down, and click okay. Okay to get out, and with anything we do we always want to test to make sure it's working properly. So go ahead an start a new message and now you can see your LinkedIn badge is there. And then lets click on it and then make sure that it works properly. And there you go. That is how you add a LinkedIn badge to your Outlook. My name is JoAnna Dettmann, co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of tSunela, your source for digital marketing. Thank you.
