Hey, everybody, This is Chef Mareya with, and today I'm going to show you how to make a fresh grape smoothie with yogurt. Great start for your day, super nutritious and the grapes are really hydrating because they are mostly water. So I'm going to show you how to combine these ingredients. I've got some non fat coconut milk, this is something that you would find in the refrigerated section of your grocery store and then I've got some mixed grapes, I went a little crazy to add in some different color and flavor because remember you always eat with your eyes first. So I've got some green grapes and some red grapes and I've washed them with The Eat Cleaner Fruit and Vegetable Wash first to remove any wax or residue that water can't, helps them last longer too. Then I have some non fat Greek yogurt, I'm using a plain yogurt, but you could use a vanilla for example if you like. So I'm going to get started, I'm just going to combine everything into my blender, this couldn't be easier. I'm going to take my grapes dump them in, I've got about a cup of grapes and then I'm going to also add in my yogurt. And if you don't do dairy there are a lot's of great nondairy yogurt alternatives out there as well so you don't feel like you have to miss out on this. Then I've got my coconut milk remember this is the non fat coconut milk that you would find in the refrigerated section verses the canned coconut which has a lot of fat in it. Okay, I've blended all of my ingredients, now I'm just going to add some ice, I like my smoothies really cold because it helps make it that much more refreshing. Get in there ice. And give it another pulse. Alright, now I'm going to finish my smoothie off with just a tablespoon of delicious honey and I love honey because it's natural, it's unprocessed, now if you can't have honey for any medical reasons, you can try Stevia or you can try Xylitol, which are both low glycemic index sweeteners. Okay, so Ive got my coconut milk, my yogurt, I've got some grapes which are super hydrating full of antioxidants and a little bit of honey and ice. And that's it as simple as can be. Now if you go to the local smoothie bar you might pay five, six dollars for that, but you can make that at home so easily. Yum, so refreshing and delicious. I'm Chef Mareya with .
