Hey, my name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today I want to demonstrate two exercises that you can do to work out your foot. Alright now your feet, they take a beating, they take a bruising all the time every day so today we're going to show you how to work out some dexterity in your foot, alright? So we've got two objects here, all we're doing is picking them up. We're grabbing the shirt, making a fist, picking it up, putting it in your hand, dropping it down, same thing with the band, grab the band, pick it up and put it down, very simple. Same thing, let's do it again, try to put your whole foot in, squeeze those toes together, you'll feel your feet contracting, very nice. Last time with the band, pick it up and there you go. My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister and those are two good exercises to work the dexterity in your foot.
