Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today I'm going to demonstrate two exercises to burn belly fat for a 50-year-old. The belly fat is always one of the worst places to house excessive weight because it's so close to your vital organs. You sometimes get leakage into those vital organs causing disease so if you find yourself with excessive belly fat we certainly want to address that. These are two great exercises that you can start doing, no weights, no gym, immediately, to help burn that belly fat around the mid section for 50-year-olds. Alright so here we go, the first one is called a steam engine. We're going to separate our legs wider than shoulder width apart. We're going to put our hands behind our ears, remember, we're not clasping, we're just gently touching behind the ears, chest up, shoulders down and back. We're squeezing the shoulder blades in the back. We're going to drive our left knee up and we're going to meet it with our right elbow. So we're up, twist and twist. You'll feel it in the lower back. You'll feel it in the abdominals and the faster we go, the more we turn it into a cardio exercise. The more cardio the more calories we burn, the more calories we burn, the more fat we start burning in the long run. Now this next exercise is an exercise called a metabolic resistance exercise. We're going to use your body to build your body, it's up and down, very simple but we're going to do it at nice pace so we're starting to get the cardio burn. Let me demonstrate. So we're right here, all we're doing is we're going down all the way to the ground, pushing ourselves all the way up with a hop at the end, down all the way to the ground, work up with a hop at the end. One more time, down, all the way to the ground, with a hop up and now we're burning calories long after our workout, alright? My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister and those are two great exercises that you can use to burn belly fat for 50-year-olds.
