Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister and today I want to show women exercises that they can do right in the cubicle. Now I know a lot of you spend a lot of hours at work and you seem like there's not enough time in the day to get in a workout but I promise you you can fit a workout in almost anywhere, including the cubicle in your office. Let me demonstrate two quick exercises that are going to help build your lower body, make that booty pop and still get that lower back nice and strong. So this is the first move, we're going to start off, you're sitting at your desk, all you want to do is stand up, bend over, touch your toes, stand tall and then sit down. That's one rep, we do ten stand up, bend over, touch your toes, stand up and then sit back down again, phenomenal exercise. By standing you are working your butt, your quads and your entire lower body while bending you are stretching your hamstrings and your gastrous in the back and by sitting again you are resetting and getting ready to do it all over. The second exercise, you are sitting in your chair. All we're doing is air bikes, sitting right in your chair, driving the knees in and out. We're working the core, we're working up a sweat just by moving the body, getting those big muscles in the lower body activated, will certainly start to engage other muscles in the body. My name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister and ladies those are just two exercises that you can do while sitting in your cubicles.
