Hi, I'm Chef Mariko. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a crumble topping for rhubarb crumble. To get started, you'll want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, you want to get your rhubarb. This is about three cups and you can either use fresh or frozen. Just rinse and cut up the rhubarb into slices. Then, add a half a cup of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix everything together and then put it in a nine-inch round baking dish. Now, I'm just going to set those aside while I make my crumble topping. In a mixing bowl, you want to add one cup of flour, one cup of brown sugar, one cup of rolled oats, a pinch of salt and then a half a cup or a cube of melted butter. Now, just mix all the ingredients together until it forms a crumbly consistency. Now, I'm just going to put my crumble topping on top of the rhubarb Spread the crumble mixture over the rhubarb until it reaches the sides.
