Hi everyone, my name is Joi, licensed nail technician, and I’m going to show you all today how to soften rough heels. So, a couple things that I’m going to be using are a foot scrub, and a moisturizing cream. So, if you have rough heels, one way that you can treat them is to make sure that you’re taking off the top layer of rough skin, which is what the scrub is going to do, and then that you are reapplying moisture. The scrub, you want to do about once a week. The moisturizer, you want to actually do every night if possible. So, the scrub is what we’re going to do first here. It’s got the little granules in it, and that’s going to basically just debride the rough skin on the heel. So, you just take a little bit in your hands, add a little bit of water so that it doesn’t scratch you, and then you just go in where you’ve got the rough skin, massaging it. And, you should actually be able to see the skin starting to loosen. Okay. You want to actually then towel off just a little bit. Okay. Make sure that you get all those granules off of your feet. And then, you’re going to follow it up with the moisturizing cream. And, with this you want to make sure that you massage it in really well. Massaging will actually help it to penetrate a bit better – the warmth from your hand and the rubbing motion, so it helps it go in better. Okay. So, after you do this, you should have nice soft feet, no more roughness. Hopefully, this was helpful to everyone, and thank you all for watching, I’m Joi.
