KPIs are the tool for internal business analysis and for controlling the strategy outcome. KPIs are critically important for a host of hospitality decision-making situations and they can help hospitality mangers in their efforts to ensure efficient and effective management of resources and to achieve the main objective of any organization which is the maximization of the profit.
