Hi, I'm Erin Hendley, professional makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you how to remove blotches that are caused by tanning lotions. So we have a nice tan going on here except for a blotch or a streak. Sometimes we aren't in the right lighting when we are applying our product or we just don't happen to see it, shadows could be casted. The reasons are pretty much endless, so what we're going to do to remove this is to go in with good old petroleum jelly and that's comforting because it's not a budget breaker. It's very simple and inexpensive to use and what we're going to do is just go into the area and do tiny taps and swipes, just to really work this in. The petroleum jelly isn't necessarily going to remove the blotch but it is going to help work the product and manipulate it back into the skin. If you want to completely eliminate the blotch and just remove it or if you are wearing a more permanent sunless tanner, then you can always opt one level up to the witch hazel. We can tell that this is being blended, there are no streaks or line of demarcation and that is the end goal and we're getting the end result that we want. I'm Erin Hendley, and I just showed you how to remove the blotches that can occur during sunless tanning.
