Hi, I'm Erin Hendley, professional makeup artist, and today I'm here to answer your question about Epsom salt and Vaseline together. So it basically forms a paste and we have our Vaseline here and our salt here and what we're going to do is just mix the two together. It's important that it becomes one sort of paste or ingredient and not separately. So I just put it on my palette. You can use a brush or a Q-tip or a sponge, either way, whatever can get you the right proportions in whatever you have lying around the house. So we're just mixing them together and what this is doing is really just creating an exfoliant. So you don't have to go out and budget for a specific exfoliant, this is something that most people will have just lying around the house. And so what we're going to do with this paste is really just go over any area of the skin that could be dry, this time of year we have a little bit drier tendency to skin. So we're just going to go and dictate where we want to put this and a lot of times the forehead needs a little extra exfoliation. It's just really a great thing to pinpoint on the skin. Not every area needs extra exfoliation, Primarily around the nostril gets a little dry this time of year and on top of the nose as well. So you're just going to work it around in kind of small circles. You can use your fingers for this portion, that always helps too but a brush or a sponge if you would like also works. After you've done that, you don't have to let it sit too long, you really just need to take it to the next step into the restroom and just wash it off with warm water. I'm Erin Hendley, and I just showed you how to use Vaseline and Epsom salt for your skin.
