Hi, my name is Claire Coleman. I'm a hairstylist, and I'm going to show you how to do a wedding hairstyle with a braided ponytail. So first we're going to start with our hair in a side ponytail. It's going to be on the low side of the hair and we also did a side part. So you want to do your ponytail on the opposite side that you are parting your hair and then we're just going to do a three strand braid. It's going to be really loose, I'll just separate that out and you're just going to braid the hair really loosely. You don't want it tight at all. I even drop the strands as I'm braiding them because I don't want it to be very tight. And just go all the way down and once we hit the end, we're really going to go all the way to the very, very, very, end of the hair because we're just going to fold it all up and you're going to secure it with an elastic. I like to use the clear ones because you are not going to see them and then you're just going to kind of fold the hair, roll it up and then I just kind of whoops, let's try that again, just fold it, roll it all the way up and then you're just going to kind of place it around the ponytail holder and then pin. And this is going to create kind of a basket weaved look in your hairstyle. And once you get it secure, you can kind of see how you want it to look and you can spread it out a little bit more. And then just pin it until you feel like it's really secure. You can see from the back. My name is Claire Coleman. I'm a hairstylist and I just showed you how to do a wedding hairstyle with a braided ponytail.
