Hi, my name is Claire Coleman. I'm a hairstylist, and I'm going to show you how to do a bridal hairstyle with a tiara. So we're going to start with our hair in a high ponytail and I'm actually going to use a rat tail comb with a little tail on the end and for my ponytail we're going to make it nice and tight and then we're going to hold it right at the base and just push a little bit of this forward just so that we have a little bit of height here. It's just going to create a little bit of volume and shape around the face for when you put your tiara in. And then what we're going to do is we're going to take a curling iron and we're just going to curl our hair into a few different sections, I'll probably do four sections of curls and I'm just going to use a one and a half inch curling iron and I'm just going to do a rope style curl where you are just wrapping the hair around the barrel and just hold it for a little bit and make sure it gets nice and warm and then release it, then your curl is right there. And keep going and just make sure that you are holding it on the barrel long enough for all the hair to heat up. You can feel from the top when it gets warm, there you go. And I think just three should do it actually, so we'll just wrap this last section and we're going to be pinning big barrel curls so this is going to help to form the curl shape. And I'm just going to spray with a little hairspray and then we're going to be taking bobby pins and just pinning the hair around your bungee. Just make sure this is nice and tight and take your curled sections and you can wrap them around your fingers and just start placing them and pinning into a shape here. Now I pinned about three big curls around and it's a little bit messy but I like how the volume is on that so it works for me. And I'm just going to take the rest of the hair and I'm just going to make, twist it into a low bun or a bun right under your bungee, just keep twisting and it will start to take the form itself and just wrap it around and since these curls are pretty loose and big it will be easy to place them around your hair and then from here you're ready to put your tiara in. Tiaras look great with a nice updo. It really shows everything off. So you're just going to place it in right there whenever you are ready and here's our look from the back and the front. My name is Claire Coleman. I'm a hairstylist and I just showed you how to do a bridal updo for a tiara.
