Hi, I'm Sara Holliday from Fitbysara.com, and I'm going to show you exercises for the stomach and thighs. So I'm going to show you an exercise that combines both the inner thigh and the abdominals. So you're going to get a two for one of this one and I think you're really going to like it, it's intense. You're going to really feel it into the inner thigh and abdominals. So I've got two different balls here. This one is just my son's ball that you can use into the inner thigh and I'll demonstrate with it. Here's a smaller one, you could use a small soccer ball or in this case this is a four pound ball. So if you want to add weight, you're welcome to do that as well as you get stronger. I'm going to demonstrate with a bigger ball here. What you're going to do is you're going to lay down and you need to bring the ball in between your knees. So right here you're already going to be working the inner thigh because you have to squeeze it in order to keep that ball in there. So now we're going to combine some abdominal work with the inner thigh work. Keep your hands down by your sides, you're going to inhale and exhale, bring the knees up, inhale, exhale. Now the trick here is not to use your hands too much here, just for balance, keeping the low back right here flat. Now if you want to make it even more challenging, you can add the upper body, inhaling and exhaling. So you can work up to 15 reps and I guarantee you're going to feel that into the inner thigh and abdominals. I'm Sara Holliday, and I just showed you exercises for the stomach and thighs.
