Hi, I'm Denise Druce, a Registered Yoga Teacher in Salt Lake City, Utah. Let's look at ways you can use these Yoga balls to relieve stress. I'm going to show you four stretches that are really great for this. So, first of all, I'm just going to have you lay on your back. So, we'll roll our hips down and just lay backwards on the ball, extend your legs and your arms, it's like a five-pointed star. Just relaxing your head back and stretching your chest open and hold that for about a minute. The second one then we'll just do the opposite, we'll lay the front of our body on the ball and just drape ourselves down and hang out here for one minute. The third exercise is just like child's pose in Yoga; we'll take our hands on the ball, roll the ball away and then just let our head come down stretching our chest and our shoulders. And again, hold that for about a minute. The fourth one is the side stretch. So, we'll place the ball right next to our leg, extending the opposite leg, we'll begin to just let the side of our body rest on the ball. And then, we'll take our arm up and over, holding this stretch for about a minute. Take some nice deep breaths. And after a minute, switch sides.
