Hi. I'm Denise Druce a fitness instructor in Salt Lake City, Utah. Let's talk about ways to improve hand-eye coordination. So one great way is a test that you can do using a tennis ball, a timer and you'll need a friend to help you keep track of your time. So find a wall and stand about ten feet away from the wall. You're going to throw the tennis ball with your right hand and catch the ball with your left. Then through the ball with your left and catch the ball with your right. Do that as many times as you can and have your timer count how many times you catch the ball in thirty seconds time. So let's take a look at the score once you get that number. So if you can catch the ball more than thirty five times in thirties seconds, that's a really high score. Great job. If you catch the ball thirty to thirty five times, that's still really good, that's above average. Twenty five to twenty nine is average, twenty to twenty four is below average and below twenty is a low score. So if you catch the ball less than twenty times you just have some practice to do. Another way to improve hand-eye coordination is to simply playing catch. Any time you have the time just play catch with someone and juggling is another great way to improve your hand-eye coordination.
