Hi, I'm Diane Hoch from the Food Evolution here to make roasted butternut squash squares. Butternut squash is a delicious food and it's really good for you. In this recipe which is so simple we have butternut squash, coconut oil. We're going to use cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper. So what I'm going to do is just add my ingredients right into this dish. This is a teaspoon of cinnamon, an eighth a teaspoon of nutmeg, and what I'm going to use is well a paintbrush to mix it up around into this wonderful glaze for our squares and then you just pour it right on. If you want you can go ahead and use this nice paintbrush, or, like I do, just get your hands in the food you know. It's really love to do that. Put some good energy in there, put your love into the food, everybody can taste it. And then we're just going to take these and it's going to go in the oven at 400 degrees for, it will be cooked in 30 minutes actually enough to eat so it will be soft but the great thing, if you leave it in the oven for like an hour, even an hour and a half if you have the time, it gets crispy on the bottom and it caramelizes and it becomes so sweet.
