Hi, my name is Stella Metsovas. Today, I'm going to show you how to make honey grilled salmon. Look at this beautiful salmon, Norwegian salmon, my favorite, favorite. The waters up there are just so clean and beautiful, I actually just got back from a trip and I can tell you Norwegian salmon is the best. Alright so we are going to lightly season the salmon with a tiny bit of sea salt, just a tiny, tiny bit and I have microwaved some honey, mustard into this bowl, used one of these little guys, makes your life really easy because you can just brush it on, about 3 tablespoons of honey and about 1 tablespoon of the mustard. I'm going to dress this salmon with the honey mixture. This dish is really decadent, the salmon, the flavor, the richness and the honey, I mean it's just a winning combination if, if you never tried honey salmon before I, I know you're going to love this, it's so good. Okay, and now we're going to heat up some butter just a tiny bit. So now that we've melted about a tablespoon of butter we're going to grill on medium to high heat. Honey is going to really sink down into, into the fish and you're going to notice this really beautiful sweet texture and, and you may or may not want to flip this, okay so we're going to keep it on the skin side down for about a minute and a half and you can tell when the fish is cooking by looking at the side and the texture will actually start to change colors, that's how you know the fish is cooking. And obviously the top part is going to be raw. Alright so now you can see right there it's ready to be flipped and the skin is going to get all nice and crispy and going to be so good. You really only need about a minute and a half on this side maybe even less. Okay, so the honey glazed salmon is ready. You see that beautiful brown texture ton top? That's actually the honey, so yum, this is so beautiful.
