Hi, there. I'm Chef Olivier Rousselle at The Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel. Welcome, today we're going to make a strawberry frosted sugar cookie, just a simple frosting that goes over a sugar cookie, it's very nice, we use fresh strawberries, so very good in summer, but you can use all year around, pretty much. So here's the finished product. And basically we're going to to go through our ingredients, some cream cheese of course, some butter, a good quality butter, strawberries and powdered sugar, very important. So basically we're going to move everything to the food processor, make it into a frosting and just frost the cookie. Here we go. And a little bit, a little bit of butter, the strawberries of course. And this is what it looks like, basically a very smooth puree. You can let it process for a longer time if you want it to be really smooth, you can even push it through a sieve if you want, if you want to take out the little seeds, but sometimes it's nice to still have a little detail on the, on the thing. So we just grab a cookie, sugar cookies that we've made earlier on and this is our cream cheese frosting, a little bit on the top and just basically, basically frost it around, decorate it. Now your welcome to put some sprinkles over it or colored sugar and basically present them like that and they should be well received. So this was our cream cheese strawberry frosting sugar cookies. This was from The Luxe Hotel on Sunset Boulevard. I'm Chef Olivier Rousselle. Thank you for watching.
