Hi, my name is Chef Olivier Rousselle. Welcome to the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel. Today, we're going to be making some flaky sour cream cookies. Very simple, we'll make it out of a food processor. This is what they look like at the end; we added a little twist to the recipe. And these are my ingredients; a little butter, a little cream cheese, a little baking soda, little honey, flour of course and we have some warm chocolate just melted for later for decoration. Because it's not a cookie that's very sweet in itself because it's flaky, so it's, it's, it's very nice if you want to add a few things to it. So, we're just going to put everything in the food processor, make it into a dough and roll it out, like so. So, let's start with the, the butter and the sour cream, baking soda, flour and honey. It's basically going to look like this, very smooth dough, very easy to work with. You can either let it rest or work with it right away. What we'll do is basically roll it on a, on a work surface to give the, the shape that, that you want. And straight onto the baking sheet. Bake this for about 12 minutes at 375 degrees and basically, let them cool them a little bit when they come out. Dip them in your warm chocolate, face down and let, put them in the fridge a little bit to let them set. Chocolate dipped flaky sour cream cookies. Ingredients: 8oz Butter 4oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Baking powder 2 cups flour 2oz Honey 4oz melted chocolate for icing Bake 12 min at 375F Parmesan Cheese filling for rolled cookies 4oz Cream cheese 1 egg yolks 3 oz grated parmesan Salt, pepper 1 sheet of puff pastry Fig jam Bake 10 min at 375F
