Hi. I'm Caitlin Conors, the social media director at Boom Town Internet Group, and today I'm going to show you how to bypass Skype's privacy settings. What you need to do is simply go to Skype, when you're logged in go to the navigation and click preferences. In preferences, you'll go to the privacy tab. From there you'll see options where you can click to allow certain people to view or not view if you are on line. You can be available to anyone or just the people on your list. Contacts, no numbers, or anyone. I mostly have just that contacts can see my pictures, receive calls, screen share and allow messages. You can also block certain people. This way if you want to stay on line at Skype and work, you can do so without anyone harassing you. You can also choose to be invisible while staying on line. Make sure you choose invisible here. If you choose do not disturb or away, people will be able to see both of those but that you are on line. If you choose invisible, they will not be able to see that you are on line at all. I'm Caitlin Connors, social media director at Boom Town Internet Group. And that's how you bypass Skype's privacy settings.
