Hi. My name is Dayana Medina and I'm Melisse Medina. We are the Medina Cardona sisters, owner of 3Hair Makeup in Los Angeles. Today, we're going to talk about something really important. Why my shampoo doesn't lather when I wash my hair. I have my personal opinion, she has her personal opinion, but my personal opinion is like that you're not washing your hair often. It's greasy and it's gross. So do it more often and you're going to have a very foamy lathery shampoo. And now your opinion. OK. One, using to hard products like wax, gel or just sticky products and you're using it over and on top of each other. Like OK, today I want to feel like I have more edgy hair and you decide to put pomade. The next day you put hair spray and the following day you use pomade again and you don't wash your hair these three times, so you're going to get a maximum build up of products. Solution, you use a clarifying shampoo. Yes. You wash your hair more than once. First time it doesn't create lather, go for the second shampoo. Again, very very like a good message and then see if your hair is clean enough, and put a lot of water when you're shampooing. Sometimes you don't get your hair completely soaking wet, and you apply the shampoo and the shampoo is not doing nothing for it, just use a shampoo that's clarifying, really soak your hair and we also recommend to use a warm, warm water so that way the oil and the dirt of the hair, it breaks it down and then you use the shampoo, wash twice your hair and repeat if you need to repeat until it's completely clean and it smells like all the nice bubbly extract of the shampoo. Another factor is the chlorine. Some cities have a lot of chlorine in their water. To prevent the chlorine you just buy a water filter. You're going to put it in the shower. You can buy it in a hardware store, you can get it there. It's about 30 to 40 dollars. And it's going to filter and take all the minerals and all the chemics that the water sometimes has. And also it's really good for the skin. You will have really soft skin and also you have a really shiny hair. Shiny hair. After you wash your hair with shampoo, condition and rinse the hair with cold water. That way your hair is going to end up shiny and with a healthy look. Yes. Remember for a hot lathery shampoo, wash your hair at least twice a week, avoid really heavy waxes, or pomade. But it you do for the styling you make sure that you get a clarifying shampoo and also put the shower filter. And that prevents the chlorine and it's just going to create a better result with lather in the shampoo. Or sometimes change the shampoo. Some shampoos they're just not good. They're no good for your type of hair, it greasier the hair that you have the more stronger the shampoo it should be to create a very clean and beautiful hair. So that my dear is our solution for lathering shampoo, greasy dirty hair that doesn't lather. Bye.
