Hi, I'm Chef Mariko. Today, I'm going to show yo how to make a gluten-free and nondairy banana cake recipe. To get started, you will want to get your mixer or a large mixing bowl. Add 4 large bananas that are already mashed up, Then add 2 cups of your favorite gluten-free flour mixture, add a cup of sugar, add a quarter cup of vegetable oil, you could also use apple sauce if you want a lower fat version, add a quarter cup of water, one and a half teaspoons of baking soda, a splash of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. You will then want to mix everything together until combined. Now that my gluten free and non-dairy banana cake batter is all blended together- I'm going to pour it into a greased baking pan. You can ether use a nonstick pan or a pan that is greased with oil, but today I'm just going to use some parchment paper. Also for cake recipes that you might want to slice it helps the cake pull out of the pan perfectly. Now I am going to bake my gluten-free and nondairy banana cake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
