Hi, I'm Chef Mariko. Today, I'm going to show you how to make gluten-free red velvet brownies. To get started, you will want to get a microwave-safe mixing bowl or cup; in this, I'm going to add 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate squares, then I'm going to add three quarter cups, that's a stick and a half of butter. I'm going to put this mixture in the microwave for a minute so the butter and chocolate can melt together. While that's melting I am going to make my gluten free red brownie recipe. First you want to add 2 cups of your favorite gluten-free flour mixture, add 2 cups of sugar and 4 eggs. Now my butter and chocolate is melted together and I'm going to add it to my flour and sugar mixture then I'm going to add a pinch of salt and one and a half teaspoons of baking powder. Now to get the real red velvet action I'm going to add one ounce of red food coloring. Now mix everything until blended. All my ingredients are mixed together and ready to pour into a greased baking dish. Today I'm going to be using a 9 inch square baking dish. You could grease it using butter or oil, today I am using parchment paper. Look how bright red and beautiful this is. Now I'm going to bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.
