Hi, this is SwayFit with swayfitt.com with two Ts, SwayFitt. I'm here to demonstrate the differences between a lying leg press and a standing leg press. First exercise I am going to demonstrate is the lying leg press which targets most of the front of the legs or your quadriceps. This is the second exercise I'm going to be doing, it's a standing leg press. We call it a squat as well. I like leg presses because it works your total lower body. But with the lying leg press you tend to focus more on your quadriceps where's this leg press you are going to focus more on your glutes and hamstrings. And that concludes our lying leg press versus the standing leg press.
