This is SwayFit with swayfitt.com. That's with two T's. And I'm going to be demonstrating high volume squats for lower weight and muscle growth. I like these squats in particular because if you have a lagging body part, the large muscle groups tend to circulate testosterone in your body. So if I want bigger shoulders I will do my high volume squats and then immediately after do my shoulders. On these I usually keep my reps 25 or higher up to 50. Touching the bench.
