I'm Kara Miller of and I'm here at Denim Revival. Today, we're gonna be talking about the best shoes to wear with tapered jeans. The shoes you wear with your skinny jeans are crucial to making your look work. It's all about the silhouette and the long thin legs of the jeans. They need to draw our eyes straight down to the feet. Do not wear bulky footwear whatever you do, big wedges, big sneakers, because they will absolutely detract from the gorgeous tapered shape of your skinny jeans. For those of you and then especially the short and curvy ones who don't really want to wear high heels I've got the perfect alternative, kitten heels. These are just a mere 1 inch or 1 and 1/2 inches high and yet they really compliment the lovely tapered silhouette of your skinny jeans. Now I'm going from something you do to something you don't. While these maybe lovely boots they are flat and they are knee high. The boots we're looking for, for your skinny jeans that you tuck in and look so gorgeous in are pointy and narrow and they have got heels. This boot is actually gonna do a very similar thing to what flats do. They will make a short and curvy girl or even it's just any curvy girl, they'll make your hips look wider. Next we have got ankle boots. These are great because they are narrow and they're pointy. Yes, I'd like the heel to be a little bit more stiletto-y, but heck you have got something that is going to give you a really gorgeous line especially if you tuck the jeans in. Never leave a space or it's gonna make your legs seem shorter. I am Kara Miller, thank you so much for watching. This was what shoes should I wear with tapered jeans.
