Hello, my name is Dr. Stacy Mobley, I'm a naturopathic physician. I believe in blending the best of mainstream and natural therapies to help you transform your health, re-energize your life and renew your mind. Today, we're going to talk about preventing gray hair naturally. We're going to use fenugreek seeds. We're going to start by purchasing fenugreek seeds at your local natural store. You can buy them in bulk, they seem to be fresher when they're bought in bulk. But this is fine as well. We are going to make a paste, a quick and easy paste right here. We're going to start with having your coffee grinder or something that can grind the seeds. A little bit of water is fine, the actual seeds, a bowl and spoon. Step one, is to take the seeds and just throw it in whatever grinder you're going to use, whether it's a coffee grinder or not, and blend. O.k., that looks pretty good to me. So, we're going to pour it in a bowl, shift somethings around here, I'm going to pour the powder in the bowl. Add just a little bit of water, start with a little, you can always add more water later. And just make a paste, we're just going to mix it together. Add a little more water, see, I told you, we might have to add a little more. And once you have the paste made, you just simply apply it your hair, liberally all over your hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap or a towel, and rinse. After about an hour or so, you can leave it on and rinse. And you're ready to move on with your day. I'm Dr. Stacy Mobley, I treat the whole person using treatment options that are right for you.
