Hi, I'm Koya Webb with Koya's Cuisine, foods you love that love you back and I'm going to show you how to make garlic lemon chickpea dip. It is amazing. First you want to start off with a blender. You can also use a personal blender if you have one and we're just going to add a half a cup of water and then to that we're going to add a cup and a half of cashews and then we're going to add our soaked and sprouted chickpeas and this is a high protein dish. The chickpeas add lots of protein as well as the cashews which add protein and make it creamy. To that we're going to add three tablespoons of lemon juice to make it really lemony. We're going to add two tablespoons of garlic. We're going to add one tablespoon of basil, a teaspoon of cayenne because I like it hot and a teaspoon of sea salt. So this is really great instead of those fat-laden dips you have at most parties, you can a really high protein dip that tastes amazing. We're just going to give it a blend. That looks amazing. It smells so good. You can smell the garlic, that's beautiful. Just going to shake it up a little bit and as you can see it's nice and thick. It's exactly how you want it. I'm just going to take a spoon or you can take a spatula and just really put it in your bowl. You can see all of the herbs and spices in there, really yummy. Aw that looks and smells amazing. Alright, so there you have it. Your lemon garlic chickpea dip. You can find me at Koyawebb.com.
