Hi everyone, my name is Joi, licensed nail technician, and today I'm going to show you how to choose nail polish colors for your skin tone. So I've just got a couple of polishes here of course and basically you could actually have fun with choosing your nail polish colors. It's not any specific science. Our model here today she has sort of a golden brown skin tone so a color that would look good on her would be anything that's bright. She could go with golds. If you have paler skin you could also do the bright colors or you could go with something that's a little bit softer if you want a neutral everyday look. But what we're going to do today, I'm just going to show you a couple of colors that will look good with her skin tone. I've got a nice bright pink here. Also, orange would look good. Let me just show you how the pink stands out against her skin tone, and ordinarily we would of course do a base coat and top coat but we're just trying to give you an idea of how nice the color would look if you happen to have tanned or golden brown skin. Okay, so there we go, a nice bright pink color and I actually find that colors like this that are kind of bold, trendy colors, they tend to work well with a lot of different skin tones. So go out guys and have fun with your nail polish colors, and thank you guys for watching. My name is Joi.
