Hi, I'm Erin Hendley, Professional Makeup Artist, and today I'm going to show you can exfoliate your hands at home. There's a bunch of different products out there on the market that are good for exfoliation and sometimes we just need to resort to our washcloth, a wet one of course. And the fibers in this washcloth are great for exfoliation. And so, what you're going to do is really just take it and work it into the skin. Hands are something that we normally think of hydrating but not exfoliating. So, you really don't need to exfoliate a ton or with really harsh products on the, on the hands. Light exfoliation is necessary with these fibers and then the majority of the importance is to really just hydrate it with a hand cream. Our hands are kind of go through a lot of damage along, we're not trying to over exfoliate them and do anything harsh to it. So, it's really all about just keeping the top of the hands clean and then combining it with a moisturizing method of hand cream or regular lotion if you don't need as much hydration. An exfoliating, you really only need to do the top because the palms of the hands don't normally create exfoliation unless you have callus from impossibly lifting weights or something of that nature, then you could go in with a very light exfoliation with the washcloth as well and just double up on the lotion or moisturizer. Our skin is exfoliated and clean. I'm Erin Hendley, and I showed you how to exfoliate with the washcloth.
