Hi, I'm Erin Hendley, professional makeup artist, and today I'm here to answer your question. How to get rid of pimple swelling? So there's a lot of products out there on the market a lot of them are the same, but you know sometimes we can just look into our own cabinets without investing a huge amount of money and realizing that they can work the same way. So toothpaste is the age old trick to reduce pimple swelling and redness, it kind of acts as like a anti inflammatory and what we're just going to do is, you can take a finger or a Q-Tip and just get off a little bit of the product and what we're going to do is just locate the pimple that we want to put this on. We're just going to go in on the chin and create a heavy base layer, put it, quite a bit on and then take the dry end of the Q-Tip and tap it in. This is just to prevent the mess and help it dry easily. So this wont dry clear all the way, so this is something that you would want to do at home and not be walking around town with this on because the white will stay put or the red what ever color toothpaste you own. But what it's going to do is dry up any of the pimple swelling that's going on so it's going to take out all the oils and just give the process a little bit of faster speed rather than without any treatment at all. And just locate it, you can do this on multiple areas of the face. A lot of people like to do this at night when they sleep, but sometimes it can get messy on the pillows. But it's definitely good for the budget because everyone should have toothpaste in their house. Let it dry at least 15 minutes and then you can take it off with warm water. I'm Erin Hendley, and I just showed you how to cure pimple swelling.
