Hi, I'm Rosie Battista from Icooknaked.com. Of course, I'm not really naked but what I'm bringing you is a naked recipe for a rum raisin sauce beer ice cream. We'll talk about the ice cream later but let's get to the sauce. So for the sauce I'm using raw cashews with no salt added, some raisins, some dates, some maple syrup, some maple flavoring because I couldn't find rum flavoring. Sometimes you can find that around the holidays or you could add a drop of real rum which we're not going to do but you always have that option to do and some almond milk, raw cashews, raisins, pitted dates, pure 100% maple syrup, a quarter of a cup of almond milk and some maple flavor extract. Now we're going to mix it up to get our sauce. So we're just going to pour that into our beautiful pitcher, crazy delicious. Okay I just have one thing to say about this that is like OMG, seriously this is so good. Alright but here's what you can do with it, alright, if you have to have real, that real ice cream that they sell in the store with all the sugar and stuff, I mean if you have to do it, really pick one that's pretty pure without chemicals in it but this would taste amazing on frozen bananas that you mash up in the blender with a little tiny drop of almond milk and a little walnuts, mix it up and you get a decadent delicious ice cream and you pour this over it and you pretty much have gone to heaven. So I am Rosie Battista. You could say I get very excited about my naked food, Icooknaked.com. Ciao for now, and I'm sorry to say I'm eating this right out of here and I'm chowing down on this.
