Hi, I'm Rosie Battista with Icooknaked.com. Of course, I'm not really naked but what I'm bringing to you is a low-fat strawberry dressing that is naked and what do I mean by that? I'm going to be using forms that are in its most natural form. We're going to make this vinaigrette without using any calorie-dense heavy processed oils. So we're going to start with some fresh strawberries, some roasted garlic, some sunflower seeds which are going to be the fat that we have, some mustard, some dates to sweeten it up a little bit, some balsamic vinegar and some lemon. I'm just going to add our strawberries, roasted garlic, sunflower seeds. This is just plain yellow mustard, two pitted dates, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and the juice from half of a fresh lemon. Now we're going to mix that up. I love using fancy glasses to share my, that is a delicious creamy vinaigrette. So here you have your strawberry vinaigrette using no oil but still creamy, delicious and really really healthy for you. I'm Rosie Battista from Icooknaked.com. Ciao for now while I chow on this and hold on one second, I will tell you that this is so good that you can actually eat this with a spoon. You don't need the greens, but eat them they're good for you. Ciao for now.
