My name is Sandra Blackie from Freedom of Fitness at Worlds Gym, San Diego, and I'm about to show you a crazy superset workout for your biceps. This is a superset workout for the biceps. First exercise dumbbells, palms facing each other, elbow flexion. So the goal is to fatigue the biceps with 8 to 12 repetitions and immediately, without a rest interval to move into the second exercise which is going to be barbell curl. So again, it's an elbow flexion, the biceps are already tired, there's been no rest and it's a way to intensify the workout combining 2 different angles, 2 different exercises, together to work the upper arm. This bicep routine really, really gets a lot of blood in the muscle and it's great for developing the bicep.
