Hi, everyone. My name is Joi and I'm a licensed nail technician and I want to show you all how to do a gradient manicure. So for a gradient manicure you want to choose at least three colors, so I've got my three colors here and we're gong to take them from light to dark. So we've actually already done the first color which is a light pink, okay we just wanted to give that a little time to dry and now we're going to follow up with our pink. Okay so the basic ides is just to fade from lighter to dark, so the medium color is going in the middle here and then we're going to take the brighter darker orange and we're going to put that on the tip of the nail. Okay and we're actually overlapping on purpose here to give it more of a fade effect. Okay if you want to actually have it blend just a little bit more and look more sort of like an ombre, you can take a makeup sponge and just sort of blur the lines between the three colors, but there you have it, you have a basic gradient manicure. Very trendy, very fun. So go out and have fun this you all and thanks for watching. My name is Joi.
