Today, I'm going to show you how to make a Thai peanut sauce with peanut butter and coconut milk. We'll need three quarter of a cup of coconut milk, half cup of creamy peanut butter, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of red curry paste, a little bit of salt, one tablespoon of sugar and some crushed peanuts. We're going to pour everything into a saucepan and add the peanut butter. Peanut butter is very sticky, but we need to use the creamy peanut butter for this recipe, and the curry paste, the sugar and the salt. So, this is how it looks and we want to whisk it and I'm going to turn around and heat it up over the stove.
