Hi, my name is Bee, I'm a cookbook author and food blogger. I specialize in easy Asian cooking, and you can check out my recipes at easyasianfood.com. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Korean dumplings. We'll need about 8 once of ground pork, about 2 tablespoon of shredded kimchi, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, some chopped scallion, a little bit of sesame oil and we are going to mix the filling together until all the ingredients are well combine. Now I'm going to show you how to fold a dumpling, you need a sheet of dumpling wrapper and dab your finger with a little bit of water and soak it around all the edges of the dumpling wrapper. This will help make it seal and you want to put a little a little bit of the filling in the middle, about 1 teaspoon and you fold up the wrapper, just like that so it forms a half moon shape. Now we are going to boil the dumpling. I'm going to boil this in hot boiling water for about 3 minutes, and here I've already prepared some boiled Korean dumplings. To serve you can just eat as is or dip it with a little bit of soy sauce and vinegar.
