Hi, my name is Bee, I'm a cookbook author and food Blogger, I specialize in easy Asian cooking. And you can check out my recipes at, and my cookbook, Easy Chinese Recipes at Amazon. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Chinese dumpling dough. To make a Chinese dumpling dough, we'll need only tow ingredients. Here's one cup of all purpose flour, and a quarter of a cup of water. You want to put in the flour into a bowl and then, add in the water. And we're going to knead this mixture for about 15 minutes, or until the surface is smooth and nice. And after that, you want to leave the dough for about 30 minutes to rest. Here I've prepared the dough, and it's fully rested for 30 minutes. And you can see that the surface is really soft and tender. And here is the Chinese dumpling dough.
